Todd Grasinger

As Executive Vice President of Residential Investments, Todd draws from more than 20 years of experience in institutional real estate investment to help drive the strategic direction, management, and growth of AREP’s residential investment portfolio.

In his role, Todd works closely with Co-founder and President Brian Katz and the Residential team to identify and target key markets, driving residential real estate opportunities that align with AREP’s core investment strategy.
