Luke Kipfer, PMP

As Managing Director of Development & Construction for AREP's data center platform, PowerHouse, Luke is responsible for PowerHouse's operations and multidisciplinary team. Recognized as a highly accomplished leader, Luke oversees development strategy, from site selection and entitlements to turn-key buildouts and delivery.

Luke has almost two decades of mission-critical experience, having developed major data center projects nationwide for hyperscale tenants and managing teams of over 250 development and construction professionals. His leadership style, characterized by thoughtful collaboration and exacting standards, is instrumental in PowerHouse's success and expansion across key national markets.
