Kerri oversees firm-wide leasing for AREP's industrial and commercial office portfolio. As Executive Vice President, she directs all leasing strategies and activity across each market to drive growth, revenue, and asset value.

Coming onboard in 2019, Kerri exemplifies the value AREP delivers across its portfolio and to its partners. She has over 20 years of CRE experience and market acumen centered on asset development and repositioning, lease negotiation, tenant strategy, and market analysis, including 15 years of leading agency leasing and landlord representation.
