As Senior Vice President of Entitlements, Liz leads all aspects of AREP's entitlement efforts and coordination firm-wide. Regarded as a subject matter expert, Liz excels at creating a constructive and positive dialogue with team members, local government, and the community throughout the entitlement process

Liz joined AREP in 2021, bringing over 20 years of experience in land use planning, zoning, development, and local government.
