Caroline Teitelbaum

Caroline supports all aspects of AREP's data center development, from land site investment and acquisition to business plan implementation and leasing.

Regarded as an accomplished practitioner who effectively manages operational, financial, and legal relationships, Caroline was recently recognized by the Northern Virginia Technology Council as the 2024 Data Center Rising Star. She brings over five years of multidisciplined data center industry experience, including extensive colocation leasing, site acquisition, and investment sales expertise to the team.
