Rosslyn Center to Undergo $35M Renovation Featuring Food Court, Outdoor Gold’s Gym
Rosslyn City Center will get $35 million makeover.
ARLINGTON, Va. (ABC7) — The Rosslyn City Center will undergo a $35 million renovation that will feature a new space for all-day dining and an outdoor Gold's Gym.
American Real Estate Partners announced in a release that the renovations at the 40-year-old mall and office building are happening at 1700 N. Moore Street above the Rosslyn Metro Station. The company says the new dining concept will suit COVID-19 guidelines for safety and social distancing with an expansive outdoor area.
This new renovation will consist of two levels for visitors. Espresso, wines, and prepared foods available for dine-in or-to-go are going to be on the first floor, and the second level will feature an oyster bar, coffee bar, and diner. The second floor will also have a main bar, full service dining area, and communal work lounge, outdoor seating, and a 30,000-square-foot Gold's Gym.
Gold's Gym is going to consist of new boutique-style classes, 3-D body scanning, and a 1,400 square-foot training terrace overlooking Central Place Plaza with views of the Rosslyn skyline.
